  • ZERO STARS REALLY. This place is awful. Called the emergency line earlier and the guy gave me wrong info. Called back and just now got the RUDEST WOMAN EVER! She deserves to be fired and without power. I really hate you guys you have the worst emergency customer service. I hope you all lose power one day and can understand how terrible it is. Please Las Vegas get a new energy company.
