  • Just knocking it down a star after taking my favourite dress here with specific instructions to get out some stains. It looks the same as when I took it in. I wouldn't mind so much if they had done what other places will sometimes do, and cop to the fact that they weren't able to get it out. At this point I wonder if I just paid for them to hold onto the dress for a couple days.
