I haven't even had a chance to sign a lease, and I've already had issues with the staff. Priscilla was wonderful. She took us on a tour and even put up with my two-year-old son squirming all over the place. However, when I called back a couple of weeks later to see if the apartment was still available to rent, a woman named Caroline answered. She already seemed pissed off, and I hadn't said two words to her yet. I tried to ask her basic questions, and she was incredibly rude and condescending. I guess I was wasting her time by wanting to live there. Your staff members should be a little nicer to people who are actively trying to give them money.
