  • We recently purchased a Tahoe with Juan Paniagua and had a pretty good experience. We were taking a huge hit on our BMW (by no fault of anyone but us) which made the process stressful of course. Juan was professional and courteous and seemed to do what he good to make the process run smoothly. Josh (in the back, not on the sales floor) was also incredibly helpful and went out of his way to get quite a few questions answered for us, even though he wasn't our sales rep. Jeremy in finance made that portion of the transaction bearable. Thanks guys!
