All staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived 30 minutes early at 2pm (my appt was set for 2:30) because I came from the other side of town, didn't want to be late, and knew there would be paper work I'd need to fill out.
They have what seems like a triage where they ask more questions and check your vitals then have you go back to the lobby and wait.
I finally saw the doctor about 1 1/2 hours later and then even after I was finished I was sent back to the lobby so they could prepare my bill and I waited about 15 minutes more. All in all I didn't leave until about 4:30 so I was there from 2:00-4:30 I feel like that's an awful long time. And most of that was spent sitting in the lobby. I felt like they were just understaffed, likely only one or two doctors and a handful of assistants.
Be prepared to be here a while.
Also this was my first visit at a Nevada location and my first time being charged for birth control, not that I had an issue paying for it since I called in advance and knew I'd be charged, just odd because other states don't charge for similar services.
