  • Run away. Don't even begin the process with this company. They have no intention of dealing with anyone in good faith. They ran our credit and background check at The Paladium. They took our $200 deposit/hold fee, and then three weeks later, they call to inform us that the apartment is no longer available. They then give us another two week run around by sending us to their sister property who extracts another $50 fee from us just so they can inform us in three weeks that our background check that passed over a month ago after they already took our deposit is no longer valid because of a 9 year old ticket that was there originally. Do not try to work with this scumbag company ran by scumbags who are just out to screw you. I can't imagine what actually living in one of these properties would be like when the leasing office has no intention of working with anyone in good faith. Run away.
