  • DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALLSTATE APPLIANCE Absolutely the most rude sales people and owner we have ever have done business with. Purchased a range for a home that was under construction. Gave info to salesman to keep eye on a good buy. "we need LP gas range" He sold us a Bertazonni stainless range. Finally opened box to see a large 220 volt cord coming from the unit. Went into the store to find out why because we clearly needed a gas range. Sales person said it was only for the broiler and ignators. Go ahead and use an adapter to 120v and all should be good. To find out no all is not good it is useless to us because we cannot run 220 volt and only need gas. The owner Ron Goodwin, sales manager Mike, salesman Ray all said tuff it is our problem. You saw your sales ticket dual fuel...isn't dual fuel LP/natural gas? electric is a fuel? Owner actually hung up on my husband! That is the last thing we ever buy from that store.
