  • This woman is heartless and will not field calls from concerned relatives, she would rather place it on her uneducated front office staff. I needed forms from an Assisted Living Facility filled out for my Grandmother. She has the message passed to me that it will not be done unless I am in the office. Now this idiot knows I live in Chicago, as this has not been my first request from her. Therefore, my Grandmother will remain in her home where she is unsafe and cannot cook her own meals until I can get to Vegas (Very Shortly) and go kick in this Crazy Kwak's door and get my damn forms filled out so I can take care of my Grandmother.There are plenty of good American doctors in Las Vegas and I would highly suggest using them.
