  • Two stars because it is very nice, large and clean. There is a large staff to accommodate very short wait times. I got a pedicure and an SNS manicure. The pedicure was great! The manicure. Oh no. no. no. I had a very nice girl for my pedi and she also did my nails. I'm pretty sure it was her first manicure ever since all of the staff hovered CLOSELY around her while she did my nails. She seemed to have some fear of using the electric file and some trouble with operating the tool. My SNS nails are so thick and clunky. She only dipped them, and then did not file them down after, leaving them somewhat rounded and strange looking. Also, she put TWO coats of gel on top of the powder just adding to the thick disaster that they already were after being dipped and not filed. Also, FYI, my manicure alone took over an hour and 15 minutes. That should be an indicator that something is going terribly wrong! I just got them done today, but now that i'm home, i'm tempted to soak them off myself. I hate this place because they let me leave with nails looking the way they do.
