  • Seems like most reviews have it right. Terrible customer service with poor manners. They need to have a better understanding of store hours. When an establishment is open they have to service their customers. I went in to trade in my console and games and purchase the ps4 pro and they refused to service me because they were closing in 15 minutes. Are you serious? If an establishment closes at 9 and refuses to service customers before closing then they should close early. I have worked retail at an electronic store before if you come before closing you should be helped period. The half bald guy had a terrible attitude and started lying about the time frame it takes to reset a ps4. This place has lazy employees.
