  • Came here for the 1st time today cause i got a 50% off coupon. When i pulled my car to the exterior wash lane, i tried to call someone to redeem my coupon, but that guy saw me & ignored me. It was busy so i just paid the full price instead. After i paid, i told another guy ab what happened, and he madly told me that i shouldnt off seek help from the first guy cause it wasnt his job to redeem my coupon. First off all, he didnt come over to help me. Secondly, arent u guys supposed to treat a new customer nicer cause they have no idea about who to ask for help???? Honestly im not trying to be mean but i want to say that the guys that i encountered at cobbletone made me look down on ur uneducated & irresponsible attitude to customers.
