  • Horrible customer service. I called and asked if someone could come out and look at my fan that wasn't working and as soon as I told her it was for a food truck she treated me like garbage, claimed they had been burned by food trucks before. When I asked if there was anyone she could refer me too she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM WESTERN COMMERCIAL!!!!!!
