  • Aside from one small screw-up I am altogether happy with Allegheny North. I am the proud owner of a 7 year old Shiba Inu and since we've moved recently needed to find a Vet we'd all be comfortable with. I was willing to try different places until one fit, but we lucked out and found our Vet on the first try. Kaiya (the dog) had a hot spot on her backside and needed some care. The Vet Tech used a flea brush on the hot spot despite me saying what the problem was and that she did not have fleas. This is the reason for the -1 star. The actual Veterinarians however have both times been very good. The staff is kind, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I have no ill feelings towards the Vet Tech in her mistake and this will hopefully be Kaiya's last Vet.
