  • Terribly unreliable with poor customer service!! I made a reservation online two days ago to cover me during a car repair. The morning of, fortunately I called before heading over. For a 7:30 am rental, they didn't actually open till 8. At 8, the clerk said no cars were available. She insisted my reservation was only made the night before, implying that that was why no cars were available. No offer to obtain cars from other locations. They were supposed to call when a car was available. As of 11am, I have still not received a call about an available car!! Fortunately I was able to make other arrangements, but definitely don't count on this location following through on anything.
