  • After reading all of the reviews on Legacy Air, I decided to make the call as my air conditioner unit stopped working. Once the tech came out and gave me the initial assessment, he was very professional, answered all my questions, and went through several options for us. At no time did I feel the "hard sell" or pressured to purchase anything. After some quotes, we decided to purchase a new split unit at a fair and reasonable price. However, that's only part of it. Once the three service people came out a few days later(my request for a later date), they were incredible! Prior to them coming you receive a picture which is nice. They came on time, and had the unit installed outside and inside by day's end. All three of them were great, and Mario was fantastic! At the end he goes over everything with you, and then asks if there is anything else they can do...wow! Legacy Air is the real deal Las Vegas! If you want fair, honest, and professional service, look no further than this amazing company. I am now a customer for life!
