  • I am from California, not Canada like the previous reviewer, so my point of reference is different. But, I was very happy with the attitude of the customer service reps there. I am an Avis Preferred member so my check out was quite painless, but I put a high value in the smiles and attitude of the service reps I deal with and they were very very nice here. AND, had candy out for Halloween ;).
