  • Right off the bat, this place is pretty clean compared to the rest of the other dim sum establishments in Vegas. Interior is nice, food selection is pretty standard as with other places. The food is quick, there are carts constantly circling around a pretty big place. It's quick, it's pretty normal dim sum. The only part that doesn't give me a reason to give more stars is the service. The younger servers dressed in polo shirts are pretty nice and will do what you ask. However, we had one lady in the standard button-up and vest. I'm assuming she's been working here for a while. Well, if you're working at a casino restaurant, you should know how to treat customers. We asked our server for drinks. They didn't have Pepsi, she said they only had diet pepsi and other sodas. Okay, cool. So we ordered two other sodas and a water. However, when we came out, she only brought one soda and two waters. We said thank you and apologized, and that we actually asked for another soda (and not the second water). So she rolled her eyes, huffed, threw her hands up and said, "Can you guys order all at once?" She pointed to the kitchen at the back of the room, (we were seated near the entrance) and continued to say, "I just came all the way from over there.", making it seem like getting drinks was sooo hard for her to do. My dad apologized to her and explained that she must've heard us incorrectly. Before she left to get our soda, my dad apologized again. Not our server. Must be a generational thing for him to apologize to her for the miscommunication, but she definitely should have not given us an attitude about it.
