  • Let me start by saying I payed almost $15,000 to completely remodel my pool. They did a good job on the work they did but.....after being quoted on the job with a change of shape of the cool deck, the job got done with the exact same shape it was before without the changes. It was even painted out on the dirt in the correct shape. When asked why, they said they went over on material. Not my problem. You quoted me on what I asked for and if you quoted material wrong, that is not my fault. The only thing keeping me somewhat happy is the quality of the rebuild is pretty good. Still mad I did not get what I wanted. I called to complain to the manager but got no where.
