  • If I could give negative stars I would. I hired them to handle my company's payroll and HR for 2016. The only reason I decided to outsource was due to ACA compliance which I was assured by the President Patrick O'Keefe both verbally and in writing that they would take care of all aspects of ACA reporting. Yesterday I found out from our CPA firm that ManageStaff did not supply the information needed missing the January 31st deadline. Patrick has not returned calls or emails. I am now scrambling to gather the info needed for the CPA. Also we still have not received our 3rd & 4th quarter 941s & state reports, W-3 and 940 for the year.
