I am an Emerald member (but do not rent with National much). I reserved car online (with National) and gave all personal and Driver License info. When I got to counter, I was asked for DL and credit card and 2 phone numbers. I have one work/home number and was told I can't rent car with one phone number - so I gave another former number. He sent me to stand where I showed license again. I was pointed towards cars and told to take one and leave. Outside temperature was -3F. I again had to give license, credit card and phone again at exit gate. All in all, pick-up experience was quite bad. I normally rent from Avis, where you just pick up car and leave without showing credit card 3 times.
