rev:text	********PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY****** I was disgusted by the layers of filth, slime, gunk and goo everywhere! I recently discovered the iced coffee while up in northern az and love it! So this location is by my house so I figured id give them a chance instead of QT every morning. I choose QT because, its bright, clean, friendly and always has great customer service across the locations so you always know what to expect. Back to the iced coffee....the tube it dispenses out of had a good half inch long slime hanger dangling off of it! I grabbed a napkin wiped it off and showed the cashier to which he didnt even apologize or respond in any way. He looked at who i think was his boss and so i approached them, with a smile and even a good morning! I looked around to see if there were any other customers and there wasn't. I didnt want someone making their opinion purely from hearing me voice mine. I told them all of the things i saw....the corroded bottom 2 in of the lever to dispense ice so covered in what looked like calcium that you couldn't see any metal...the greasy and dust coveted lid dispensers...an entire stack of cups covered in what i think was cola syrup....not to mention inside the machine it tells the temp which was a nasty and dangerous 45° ! Needless to say i didnt get my coffee and by the deer in the headlights looks both the employee and his manager gave me when i brought this all to their attention i dont think anything was done to fix it so ** CUSTOMERS BEWARE ***
