rev:text	Well... let me start with my co-workers used them and had no issues at all so maybe this was an off day. The three guys were nice and professional and no issues with them. Packed up my apartment quickly and wrapped everything, took apart the bed and we were ready to go. This is where we go downhill.... they unloaded the truck quickly and I gave them my key FOB to get in the door. They lost it and had to go sit in the office to get a new one, but they did pay for it. Second issue, they were nice enough to give me a lock for the storage unit since I didn't have one, and they gave me the incorrect keys so now I can't get in my storage unit. Lastly, the bed they put back together fell apart in the middle of the night. There are positives, quick, professional, nothing broke (minus the bed), on time, and friendly. Also, the other two people who used them that I know had no issues. I don't know if I would personally use them again but like I said, could have been an off day.
