  • The worst foot locker in the chain for corruption. The manager hooks up her whole entire family and friends with the "raffles" and they turn around and sell them on eBay for a 10x markup. Just go on eBay and search any sought after sneaker in close radius to Scottsdale and you will see it's the same people winning every raffle. Don't bother wasting your time getting a ticket she's just going to hand them off to her sister and brother. The corruption runs deeper than the Mexican government!
