  • Same problems as everyone else. Same diagnosis. Wax in the ear. I have been waiting since 11:30 it is 1:18now. Taking 30 min to get my prescription which you would think would take seconds to write. They are harried and disorganized and would rather drive across town than come here again . There was 1 person in front of me when I arrived....1:20....almost two hours now.
