  • Republic is the single WORST company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. They have not once, ever, answered their phone when I have attempted to contact them. I have been on hold now, yet again, for over 30 minutes, but "all agents are assisting other customers". Yah, right. I have sold a building and need to cancel service. There is NO option to do so on line. AT ALL. I even stupidly went to their transfer station to get assistance and their personnel could not have been less interested. These people need a good class action lawsuit to snap them to the fact that we pay them, not the other way around. I have never, ever known a company be so unavailable and one sided. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REPUBLIC UNLESS YOU CRAVE ABUSE AND A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S CLIENTS, WHO, BY-THE-WAY, PAY REPUBLIC'S SALARIES. I gave it one star because Yelp requires it. Republic does not deserve any stars. Well,40 minutes on hold; guess I'll go and do something else with my time......
