  • Rusty seems like a nice guy, but is not a man of his word. I contacted Rusty for a quote for a gate being installed. He came out and gave me a quote. I told him I would definitely like to move forward and have the gate installed. This is where the ball was dropped. I had to keep texting, calling, and emailing Rusty to request the gate be installed. He would not and still not will not contact me unless I contact him. When I talk to him, he is really nice and reassuring, but then I won't hear from him again unless I reach out again to hear the same false promises. I should not have to pester a company to give away my hard earned money. If he is too busy to take on another job, he should say so. I do it believe he ever had the intention to install the gate.
