  • My washer/dryer broke down for the second time. Previously, I had contacted another company to fix it. How they "tried" to fix the issue was trial and error. Thought that was ridiculous. I decided to pay a bit more to have a more qualified technician repair my washer/dryer. Contacted Tech 2000 Appliance and Irfan was the one who came and looked at my appliance. He knew instantly what the problem was, ordered the parts and fixed it within a few days. Don't let their $64.95 service call fee shy you away from contacting Tech 2000. They hire experienced technicians and won't waste your time.
