rev:text	I love jewelry and whenever i find a place that has nice pieces for moderate prices i get interested. this store is located inside the harbourfront center and has a kiosk like feel to it. it's an open space with sections organized by colour. they have a fair amount of silver jewelry and semi-precious gemstones. they do not carry any gold, just gold-plated stuff with CZs. now if you are looking for regular silver wear then it's a great place. they have a large selection of silver bracelets ranging from small to large, rings, chains (all sizes + interesting styles), earrings and even chokers. the prices range from $10-$100+ for the pieces. however if you are looking into their semi-precious gem collection, it's best to pass. though the prices may be reasonable and you are getting real gemstones for the most part (careful not to mix the CZ with the gems for they are often placed together), they are poorly made and tend to fall apart. i've purchased rings, necklaces and earrings with semi-precious stones and they have not lasted me more then 3 months at most. you can bring the items back and they will fix them for you (glue back in) but then you are aware of how fragile the piece actually is. however, if you are not concerned and will only be wearing the piece sporadically then it's a pretty good deal. they carry a variety from onyx, amber, turquoise (some of is not real though, make sure to ask and research prior), to coral, peridot and even fire opal. the gold & silver plated costume jewelry is interesting but tarnishes fairly quickly and eventually looks cheap. their watches are horrible. they do not last and the battery dies within the month. vivah has great sales so it's best to come during one of those. the sales staff here is generally pushy for they are probably based on commission and/or a sales target. every-time i come to this location i feel pressured to purchase something, anything to get the sales person off my back. however, if you do need help they are willing to explain each piece to you in a knowledgeable manner (for the most part). i give it 3/5 stars mainly for quality, wish it was better.
