Stay away - rude and arrogant.
I went there to get a trailer brake installed into my VW and had done some good research in advance.
The guy at the counter confirmed that the device of my choice was in stock and could be build into my car right away. He just wanted to confirm the installation with the technician.
Now comes the interesting part: the technician told me that he would have to make a full wiring for my car which would raise the costs. I told him that my car has OEM wiring for a trailer brake. He denied and insisted that he is right as he just had an Audi in for wiring. I told him that I am very sure and that I even know where the plug is located as I did my research.
I ended up walking away buying the parts at another store which already saved me a bunch of money.
I installed the trailer brake the next day by connecting it to the OEM wiring.
They would have ripped me of with the price for the parts as well as with the installation and the behavior was highly unprofessional and rude.
Tip: If a customer tells you a fact you should at least consider you might be wrong!
