  • DirecTV is the worst of the worst. The only thing DirecTV does well is advertising. Other than their very well crafted commercials, the service is utter crap in every way. The signal is unreliable, the technology is terrible, their pricing is a rip off and their customer service sets the bar at a new low for intolerable. I thought I was unhappy with Cox. Even though Cox has plenty of room for improvement, their service is a million percent better then DirecTV's. Plain and simple: DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THE DIRECTV SALES PITCH. IT WILL BE THE WORST ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE YOU EVER HAVE.
