  • Joyce M. Bonterra Builders are the worse Builders that you could possibly do business with. They do not stand behind their product at all. Will promise you to fix all the problems when you purchase the home but has been a battle getting them to stand behind their word. . We have owned our home 1 year and still dealing with all the problems from the beginning. Even the inspector said this house had the worse paint job he had ever seen. The wood work was never cleaned before painting so their is dirt in the paint. Gutters are to small for the house rain water pours down the side of the gutters. They attempted to fix drainage problems in the yard still there are problems with water runoff. They say the paint problems are all cosmetic and they will not repaint the house. They argue with the customer and are very rude. We have had five different people look at the problems in this home. We don't I understand if you build a home and things are not correct why call them cosmetic and they fix them.
