  • Had 15 weatherbeater Windows installed. Seems like a great product. When they came to install they brought one window that was wrong size. It took a few weeks to get the replacement window and the installer back. There was poor communications on Sears part on letting me know when I could expect project completion. Two of my messages went non-answered which prompted me to make follow up calls. Finished products seem to be good but communication was not satisfactory on Sears part. Kris did a good job of installation.
