  • Put in an app for a rental and paid two $55 app fees plus a $250 holding deposit. They take the money and tell us we will contact you in 24-48 hrs. So almost a month later no word . Already rented a different property (which took less then a day to approve) so now I have to go and get our $250 . Im sure they will have an excuse to try and keep that as well.
