There's no guarantee that spray foam will adequately insulate your home. I had it done by this company but still noticed that my rooms are colder than the rest of my house. Also, the noise reduction isn't that significant. You're better off using a cheaper means of insulation. The service was average. They were late and seemed rush. They don't provide a detailed invoice of the breakdown of how they calculate the cost so you have to take it upon faith that you're paying a good competitive price.
6.17.15 Update: Before you consider doing any kind of insulation, first get your air ducts sealed because about 20 to 30 percent of the air that moves through the duct system is lost due to leaks, holes, and poorly connected ducts. Once they're sealed you can probably make a more accurate assessment of whether foam insulation is necessary or relevant. The temperatures in my room are now moderately balanced throughout the house. Wish I did this first.
