  • Just purchased a new car at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale. It was one of the best experiences I've had, and I've purchased well over 10 cars throughout the years. Susan Renfrow was a pleasure to work with. She had the vehicle ready when I went to look at it, and completely ready when I went in to purchase. In regard to finance, I spent more time in the waiting area than I did actually sitting with the finance guy (which was a relief). I clearly told Susan that I wanted to get in/out and she made sure that happened. She had one of her peers (Don) assist and he has been great to work with as well. Thus far, I have no complaints!
