  • If this had a zero star available then I would check that one instead. This company does NOT return phone calls and you have to get LUCKY to have someone answer the phone during their business hours. The leather work we had done on our newly owned couch didnt work and nobody will call me back. The agent I talked to regarding the leather application blamed the store I purchased the couch from and claimed they told the store in the 1st place that the treatment wouldnt work. Now, Im in limbo with a leather professional that doesn't stand behind their own work and they wont return any phone calls. I'm now beyond frustrated
