  • I waited over an hour to get seen. That was a first for me in any medical environment. Even when I went to the ER I got seen much quicker than that. Once I got seen, the nurse practitioner Ruth barely acknowledged me, stared at her computer the whole time and told me to see a specialist. I have a minor issue that she doesn't even ask about or even look at. She said it's not in her expertise. She said the office would call me back later to schedule my appointment with this surgeon/specialist. They never called. I've never received worse medical care in my entire life. If you want a thorough medical office with staff that has a bedside manner or human heart for that matter, go anywhere else but here.
