We booked the private room in the back for a party of 10 celebrating our friend's 40 birthday. I called in to reserve about a week ahead of time and Shanna the event manager was professional, knowledgeable and nice.
She not only emailed me conformation and a copy of the menu, she also accommodated our special food requests and splitting of the bill. She also emailed me the next day to make sure everything was up to par.
We had a great time, the food was excellent, all the meats was cooked exactly how we liked them ( with 10 people asking for the meats cooked at least 3 different ways) and the servers and gauchos were kind and professional.
We will definitely be back!
