  • I called Dre's before I went there and explained my hair was black due to color and was it possible for them to strip it and color it a dark brown. Kasey, the stylist said yes, she could do it with ease! I purchased a Groupon, paid extra for the stripping and I was out of there in about 2.5 hours with my hair the same black I went in with! I couldn't believe it. I asked if they had a warranty and the girl at the front desk said yes, I gave Kasey another try and an additional 2.5 hours of my life. She says she stipped it and colored it again (four colors later) and my hair is still black! I called the owner, Andre 4 telephone messages & 2 e-mails and no reply. I finally drove to talk with him and he told me there is never a guarantee that your hair can go from black to brown even in four processes! No Warranty - No Change and at the tune of over a hundred bucks even with a groupon!
