I tried to tell the staff that the puppies they had were losing fur around neck, ears and eyes and that they looked like they had demodex mange. I told 3 staff members. Everyone shot me down and acted like I was stupid. They said the puppies had been vet checked. They wouldn't even go look at the puppies to act like they cared. No one wanted to listen. I feel that if you send sick puppies out to people they are more likely to have their medical needs neglected because of the cost. I had a pup with mange and treatment was $1000. The animals should be medically treated before adoption. The cats also looked ear mite infested. I'm not sure I would trust adopting here. It's unfortunate because they have so many beutiful animals.
