  • I just had a bomb Jiffy Lube experience at this location. I visited on a Thursday evening around 4:45 PM with a $59 Groupon for a Full Synthetic Oil change in hand...maaan... Service: 5/5 As soon as I pulled up, Jorge came out to greet me to check on what I needed. I saw 2 cars had already pulled into their service bays and were being worked on. I figured this was going to be awhile but I had free time and a good eBook downloaded. At checkout, Lee was very friendly and processed my Groupon to my invoice with no issues. He thanked me for stopping by and got me on my way. From pulling in my car to to checking out, was under 30 minutes. Fan-mf-tas-tic Value:5/5 Total Bill$73.78 = $59 Groupon +$14.78 for a service that's normally $108.76. I pay a premium for the synthetic oil. Synthetic Oil can be $10-$15 a quart if I did it myself (with all the hassles) so I'm really paying for the Jiffy Lube convenience. Getting out the door in under 30 minutes behind 2 cars, while waiting in air conditioned room in 105+ weather is amazing value. I've paid more for horrible service in the past, I'm glad I found this location. If this Groupon is still available for this location at the next oil change, I'll definitely be back. Even if the Groupon isn't available, still a pretty good chance I'll be back based off this last experience. Jorge and Lee, if you see this review, keep up the great work fellas!
