  • I recently delivered pizza to this hotel. When i I walked in the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. In fact, she didnt even look up from her cell phone. I made my delivery to a guest on the 2nd floor. As I was leaving she abruptly grabs my attention and says hey can you sign this? The company I work for offers a free pizza to the front desk after they receive a certain amount of signatures. I almost didnt sign it because she was so rude. Just because I'm not a paying customer at your establishment doesn't mean I don't deserve a hello of some kind. To the girl working the desk last night (July 15, 2017 approx 930pm) learn to be a little friendlier to all who enter your hotel. You never know who you're dealing with.
