  • This office located in Las Vegas. Customer service is very bad. People who work in the office no pay attention to customers. Check-in process it takes couple hours. We are customers of many years. And for us this situation was surprised. What happens????? New management or..... Change the workers. Do something, please. Worst time in my life (when you ready go to vacation and met unprofessional people).
