  • Avoid this car rental agency. I was forced to wait for 25 minutes while they found a car that matched my reservation. Budget came up with a smelly, dirty vehicle that was a class lower than what I rented. I was in a rush, so I took it and left. When I returned my vehicle, they couldn't check me in and asked me to leave the keys in it and they would get me a receipt. Someone at the agency took the car for a joyride and charged me for the gas they used (over $100). Most places would consider this theft, but at the shady Budget counter - this is a normal day.
