  • Im normally don't like to go on Yelp , and give other people business rating or review , but today i went in for my car wash and This place does very sloppy sloppy job ! Came in for car wash today and the guy try to up sell the 65 dollar car wash he said to me 65 dollar car wash included soap my seat and Capet wax inside and also out side . Be cause I'm also in hurry for my oil change I went in at2:55 and didn't get my car at 5:15 so I bee there almost more than 2 hours . Before I agreed to get 65 dollar car wash I also ask the guy how long it will take he said 45 mint to and hours maximum . I'm okie and wait and wait one thing happens that I see all those car came after mine all get clean up and finishing . My car still parked out Side waiting . It doesn't make any sense to me . But fine I been wait ting for 1 hour already my car still park out side . One guy came up said because they short on staff today which understand but why people go behind me all got finishing up but me . I'm patiently sat there and and just hope the car was clean the way it should be . finale 5:15 they call me out for get my car just a quick check bumper still dirty . Ive point it out for the guy to clean , he said because I cant clean them off with the tower so it not include I look at him and laughing at the end he clean that with tower and they come out at this point I realize inside the car won't be clean for sure . so I check in side the car cup holder still dirty and Capet didn't vacuum the right way the inside door look matte don't have any wax at all . The guy said it don't include . Oh man at this point I was done with the way they give service . This is Point less if i pay 65 dollar for car wash and none of the thing I need was include in the service this is very upsetting . I used to go my other place for car wash but it so busy there today that is why I try this place . Which I normal only pay 29 dollars and leave happy . This is very un honest for business .
