  • This was absolutely the worst mani/pedi I have ever received. I paid $35 for a pedicure and they didn't clean under my toe nails or cut cuticles or hang nails however the $25 service included that service. Not to mention the main who did my toes was rough and hurt my nails and toes. He would dig in my skin with his nail to make it worse. He also burned me with the hot stone and then again with the hot towel. It was rough and hurried. I don't think my feet touched water but for maybe one minute. Now to the manicure... The women cut my nails down a little which was fine on the first hand but on the second hand she did them way too short and they do not match the other hand. She also cut my cuticle so deep on two fingers that I bleed and am still sore a day later! Lastly, I went to pay and handed her $5 in tip (which neither she nor him deserved anything) she then proceeded to ask for a tip for the man!!! As if they couldn't have split the $5 which was my intention. Again, they deserved zero! Not to mention the paint job itself is poorly done.
