  • Don't go to this office. Was asked to leave a urine sample. The nurse told me to just put it on the shelf above the toilet paper. You could see dried urine where everyone else had done the same. Gross and Dirty! Dr. Wong insisted on a vaginal ultrasound the check an ovary. When the results were inconclusive, she told me she didn't want to do anything else! Why did she order the test to begin with? Guess I was helping her fill her quota for the month. Waiting room so crowded people are sitting out in the hallways on the floor and front staff are very rude. I had a urine culture done and had to drive to the office personally to get a copy because they were so slow to respond. The woman at the front desk told me I would have to make an appointment in order to get my results. I informed her I had already been called with the results and it is my right as a patient to receive a copy of my labs when I request them. They also ask for your date of birth when you sign a clipboard when signing in and they leave it sitting on the front desk for all to see. This is a HIPAA violation.
