  • I got a pair of the new Sketchers Shape-ups for Christmas, and I totally love them. Sadly, the sole on one of them started coming up, and I tried to exchange them at DSW, but they were out of my size in that color. So I called the Sketchers store, and they said no problem, come on in. Drove down and walked in, and walked out with a brand new pair of shoes in less than 2 minutes. No questions, other than me showing them the questionable sole. No annoying paperwork. It had to be the easiest exchange I've ever experienced. The store gets 5 stars for service, except that their prices are a little higher than almost any other place that carries Sketchers, and at about $20 more per pair, that adds up quickly.
