After weeks of repeated calls and discussions with Maria, in Phoenix, I have no resolution to an issue that my rent check was lost in the mail. The moment I was aware it has not been received (one day after the grace period) I got online and paid the rent with the promise that if my check was received it would be returned to me. Instead, they cashed the check when it came in a few days later and I have had nothing but empty promises to, at the very least, have them remove the $50 late fee. Sloppy accounting, indifferences to their customers and zero follow through after many promises. I don't do business with people who behave this way!
