  • Love was an excellent show, far beyond any sort of theater I've seen before. But I must say I was just a tiny bit disappointed after it was over. I had never been to a Cirque du Soleil show before, but I've been hearing about them for the past 10 years. I expected some sort of bizarre, trippy experience filled with crazy acrobatics. This one had a bit of that, but for the most part it was a whole lot of dancing. Great dancing, and great music (obviously), but it wasn't quite as wild as I had imagined. Others in our group, who had seen several of their shows, agreed that it wasn't their favorite. That being said, it was still an awesome experience that was totally worth the money. The story line was confusing to say the least (there was one, right?), but I was told that the show featured lost tapes of the Beatles bantering between each other, which was awesome. I won't give anything away beyond that, but be ready for a lot of hippies dancing. A great show, but be aware of what you're getting yourself into.
